On February 3rd, the kick-off meeting for the FOODSTORIES project took place in Aarhus University, in Denmark. The project, funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ programme, aims to produce innovative materials and methodologies to equip present and future scientists to guide citizens’ choices towards healthier and more sustainable behaviours.

8 participants from the 5 partners attended the meeting in-person, at the premises of the School of Business and Social Science of the Aarhus University.

The meeting began with a welcome speech from the project coordinator, Liisa Lähteenmäki, who emphasized the importance of the project's goals and the potential impact it can have on higher education. The participants then introduced themselves and their institutions and shared their expectations for the project. The meeting also included presentations on the project's objectives, activities, and expected outcomes, as well as discussions about each WP.

Partners had the opportunity to network and exchange ideas during coffee breaks and a lunch break. The kick-off meeting was considered a success by the participants. "It was great to meet colleagues from different countries and learn about their experiences that will be put into action in this project" said Mariana Carola from LOBA. "I'm looking forward to working together on this exciting project."
